Welcome to NeighborsList. These Terms of Service ("Terms") together with our End User License Agreement ("EULA") govern your use of the NeighborsList website and mobile applications (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our EULA. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms and EULA

You must agree to our terms. Use of the Service requires that you accept and comply with (a) these Terms of Service and (b) our End User License Agreement (EULA). By creating an account, downloading our apps, or otherwise using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the EULA. We may require explicit acceptance (e.g., by checking a box or clicking "I Agree") before you can access certain features. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and the EULA as they may be updated from time to time.

2. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users

NeighborsList has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. These Terms and our EULA make it clear that:

  • Objectionable content is prohibited. You may not post, share, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any such content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
  • Abusive users are not tolerated. Harassment, bullying, impersonation, spam, or any conduct that harms or intimidates other users or the community is strictly prohibited. We may take action including warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, and we may report illegal activity to law enforcement.
  • If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, please report it through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting support. We will review reports and take appropriate action in line with these Terms.

By using the Service, you agree to these standards and acknowledge that violation may result in loss of access to the Service and, where applicable, legal consequences.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your conduct and any content you submit. You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property and License

The Service, including its design, features, and content (other than user-generated content), is owned by NeighborsList or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms or the EULA from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page (and in the app where applicable) and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
